Abstract/Summary

This quantitative research study identified the Worklife Balance profile and financial profile of employees together with the Organizational Culture of Company X to develop retention interventions. A total of ninety three (93) employees served as respondents for this study. Two instruments were used for the gathering of data: The Worklife Balance Scale and Denison Organizational Culture Scale. Results showed that work/life enhancement and involvement among employees are in need of improvement. Researchers proposed retention interventions based on Company Xs Worklife Balance and Organizational Culture. Three (3) interventions for the Individual Level: Counseling for personal growth and Working with a flexitime schedule and promotions of Fitness Programs. Two (2) interventions for the Organizational Level: Team Orientation and Training Programs. And lastly, one (1) intervention for both levels: Enhancing Sociability.
