Abstract/Summary
This documentary is a case study on four medical doctors who are also registered nurses. Interviews were conducted and they were followed in a span of five (5) months while doing their medical practice as well as going through the last stages of preparation in becoming a full-fledged nurse abroad. Similarities and differences were revealed on why they decided to study nursing and eventually shift professions. One of the major similarities in reasoning is the country's current situation, while, the main difference depended on whether the doctor has a family or not. Nearing the completion of their nursing education, they have conviction in pursuing the plans they have constructed for the betterment of their future.
