Abstract/Summary
The study searched for the perceived happiness of the basketball varsity alumni of De La Salle University-Manila based on their Work-Life balance profiles. Data was collected from individual surveys and interviews with ten basketball varsity alumni who are married and had at least one child. Interview data has been subjected to thematic analysis from which themes it belong to. The study found themes for their work-life balance and perceived happiness. It showed that all of them belong to under the Spill-over model which states that as they enjoy their work, they also enjoy their family life. Their perception of happiness was mainly on their families and having a balanced satisfaction in their work and family life.
