Abstract/Summary
The research paper described GK-EFIs current structure and determined if it is responsive to its goals, strategies, and environment. Using interviews and surveys, the researchers analyzed the organization by describing its structural and contextual dimensions. Then, the researchers determined if these said organizational dimensions support the goals and strategies of the organization, which is to create a platform for 500,000 social entrepreneurs by expanding the Enchanted Farm into 24 more sites. Findings reveal that the current structure supports the operations of first Enchanted Farm. However, their current structure, particularly their small size, informal organizational processes, some cultural aspects and problems in strategy execution will make it difficult for the organization to expand their operations.
