Abstract/Summary

The purpose of this study is to create a Presentation Kit to be used by volunteers of PANLIPI to effectively advocate the rights of Indigenous People (IP) over their Ancestral Domain to Local Government Unit (LGU) officers in different regions in the country. The text contained in the Presentation Kit was evaluated using Content Analysis which is a research technique designed to transform the text into an effective message that would communicate the rights of the IP to the LGU officers in a way that they would understand. The Presentation Kit and all the visual aids that comprise it were designed for the specific needs of the PANLIPI volunteers-taking into considerations how each visual aid will be utilized and the external variables that surround the PANLIPI volunteers-as the presenter, and the LGU officers-as the audience. The proponents applied the research techniques and communication approaches gathered from rigorous studies and extensive training as Organizational Communication students to ensure that the end result of this study fulfilled its objectives.
