Abstract/Summary

A training video targeted to address the need of the material currently used in Manpower for Advertising Services Agency, Inc. or MASA's training program. Their program is made up of four components namely: introduction of the organization, personality development, protocol (product knowledge) and selling techniques.

The training video would focus on Grooming which is under the personality development category that would serve as a support material of the existing program. The training video targets both male and female ranging from 16-25 years of age. The video's running time is 7-10 minutes, using Filipino as the main language. The video will be shown during orientations of new applicants aspiring to be In-Store Marketing Assistants (IMA) that is supervised by legitimate instructors.
