Montipora strigosa var. tenuis
Nemenzo, 1967
Stems more slender and branches not as divergent as those of type species. Calicles minute, 0.2 mm diameter, appearing as tiny dots to unaided eyes, slightly elevated or flush with surface. Septa thin, narrow, mostly slightly short of radius midpoints. Structure of intercalicular parts similar to that of species.
