Corallum very light, porous, massive column (its actual position cannot be determined because the specimen is only a portion of a colony), 4 cm across at base.
Corallites mostly turbinate, tall; smallest ones (youngest) crowded at apex. Full grown corallite: 17 mm high, 5 mm across base, 7.5 x 5.5 mm on top; around 1-1.5 cm distant from each other, measured from their calicinal centers. Calices circular or oval, shallow.
Septa in 3 cycles – primaries widest, thickest; tertiaries not always complete, do not reach columella generally. All septa exsert over calicinal wall, the primaries most of all (around 2 mm). Septal edges vertical, subentire or granulous, surface finely granulous.
Costae rather prominent on upper portion of corallites, giving angular appearance to them, becoming obsolete on lower part and completely lost at base so this portion is smooth; their height quite variable throughout their courses.
Columella small, obsolescent, at most consisting of few tubercles.
Perithecal areas vesiculate, some vesicles open but almost closed.
