Abstract/Executive Summary
The primary benefit of having high-quality facilities for students is that they are inspired to work hard in their studies since they study at a better school. The quality of the facilities at the schools is a key determinant of education quality. It is one of the standards used to evaluate the extent of educational development and growth. The purpose of this study is to assess student satisfaction with school facilities, how this influences their motivation, and generate possible suggestions for the improvement of the institution. This research used a correlational design. The researchers used questionnaires as an instrument for data collection from sixty (60) respondents selected through convenience sampling techniques from Grades 7 to 11 of the students of A1.W.M. Learning Academy Inc. According to the findings, the overall mean, 2.66, showed that students were neutral on their satisfaction with the school facilities. However, through Spearman’s Rho analysis, it was indicated that there was a strong correlation between the level of satisfaction with school facilities and students' learning motivation with a p-value of <0.001 that rejected the null hypothesis. This research provides an evaluation of private school development and recommendations for improvements.
