Abstract/Executive Summary
The organizational welfare is important. That is why the research study aims to strengthen the management by discovering how managers/supervisors lead the organization under the aspects of conflict management, workplace relationships, and managerial effectiveness through a grievance committee, in an attempt to bring out its function and importance. Face-to-face interviews and thematic analysis were utilized, and the results concluded that the committee aids in enhancing the overall state/performance of the business.
