Call for Performance Submission Guidelines
The call
Pre-recorded video performances.
The artist can submit up to two (2) pre-recorded video performances, such as but not limited to dance, song, spoken word, theatrical excerpt, playing of any musical instrument, or a multimedia performance combining traditional and new technologies. The performance should reflect the theme or any of the sub-themes of the Arts Congress.

Guidelines
How entries are reviewed and what to know about permissions.
01Pre-recorded video performance
The pre-recorded video performance will serve as a performance proposal. It should not exceed 15 minutes and will be curated. Once accepted, the said creative output will be uploaded to an online platform, e.g., YouTube, for public viewing. Selected entries may also be invited to perform live during the Congress proper.
02Original and pre-existing work
The performers may submit original or pre-existing work from other artists. However, should any pre-existing creative work (i.e., literary works, musical works, artistic works, audiovisual works, performances) be used within the performance, the performer is responsible for getting the permission of the owner/s of any copyrighted materials used in their entirety or a portion thereof.

Digital files of the artwork should be uploaded to the AnimoRepository page, accompanied by the abstract (500–700 words), artist statement (50–100 words), and the artist’s or artists’ bio-note/s (50–100 words), following this template. Deadline is on: January 1, 2027.
BRegistration fee
Registration Fee for Artist-Participant: PHP700 (USD12)
Note:
- The fee is waived for DLSU artist-participants.
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and lodging.
