Abstract/Summary

The purpose of this research is to establish how the MYB Makati Bel Air branch will improve its filing process using an online account system that will increase the branch operational efficiency.
Guided by the DMAIC framework and Kurt Lewin’s 3-Stage Model of Change, the action research will address the challenges of converting the manual filing system to a digitized platform through defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling existing process to create the new branch filing system.
