Abstract/Summary

Hubris follows the story of an estanged father and son who are suddenly compelled to confront each other after years of hostile silence brought about by pride on both parts. After Edgardo discovers that his son Rob is afflicted with leukemia and Rob realizes that his father is his only chance for survival, the two are now forced to revisit unresolved issues before it is too late. Will They be able to overcome their problems as will pride cause the total destruction of their dysfunctional relationship.
