Abstract/Executive Summary
With the rise of digitalization in educational sectors, Falconexus serves as a student organization website that addresses the long-standing gap in a centralized digital platform for student organizations at Adamson University Senior High School. Utilizing a mixed methods approach, this study aims to assess Falconexus through six attributable variables: qualitatively—usability, functionality, and overall perceptions on performance; and quantitatively—level of engagement, level of accessibility, and level of satisfaction. Both purposive and stratified sampling techniques were utilized, involving nine student organization officers and two computer teachers for the qualitative aspect, alongside a quantitative sample of 130 student organization officers. The findings showcase that users perceive Falconexus to provide a smooth user experience alongside informative and updated content that acts as a functional and credible platform for student organizations. Furthermore, the participants assert that the website performs well as it promotes organizational growth through a centralized platform, with notes of consistency in adaptability across devices and browsers. The quantitative results further indicate a high level of engagement, accessibility, and satisfaction among users. In conclusion, the researchers found that Falconexus serves as a centralized digital platform and was assessed with prominent quality attributes. With these points present, the researchers highly recommend the digitalization of student organizations at the university, as well as in other educational institutions. The development of Falconexus proves that meaningful innovation does not always require extensive resources—that it can be easy to use, cost-effective, and most importantly, widely accessible.
