Abstract/Executive Summary

Founded in 2024, EQUITY addresses the demand for stylish and functional activewear, all while prioritizing sustainability. Our mission is to inspire individuals to lead active lifestyles, supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being. We also promote inclusivity in alignment with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) by offering a wide range of sizes to accommodate all body types. Our marketing strategy primarily relies on word-of-mouth and community support, along with a presence on social media. During our first product launch at the ABM Bazaar, we actively engaged with customers. We are currently focused on growing our brand, featuring reversible mesh shorts designed for versatility and affordability for students and young athletes. As a sole proprietorship, we are committed to promoting inclusion and sustainability in sports. Joseph Matthew O. Villegas serves as the Owner and Finance Manager, Miguel H. Abaño is the Operations and HR Manager, and Denmark Niño V. Palma is the Sales and Marketing Manager. Our primary target audience is individuals aged 13-25, primarily students at De La Salle University. We compete with local brands such as Toughwavle and Undrafted by emphasizing the versatility of our products. To support our further development, we need approximately 30,000 pesos. We initially started with 15,000 pesos to produce our first 50 units and plan to reinvest the revenue from sales for future growth. Our initial funding came from our parents, and we intend to repay them using our profits.
