General Guidelines
- Submission of a full paper is required for paper presentations during breakout sessions organized by the committee.
- The paper must contain an abstract (maximum of 150 words), Introduction, Problem/Objective Statement, Framework of the Study, Research Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Recommendations, and References.
- Standard abbreviations should be used throughout the text. Any special or unusual abbreviation should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Please use a minimal number of abbreviations.
- Symbols (e.g., Greek) used in statistical treatment and estimation must be presented in boldfaced, underlined, and italicized characters.
- Manuscripts must be checked carefully for grammatical or typographical errors.
- All papers submitted for presentation should have the faculty or lead researcher as the corresponding author. Students may present the paper with permission from their college or faculty adviser.
- A maximum of eight (8) pages or 1,200 words shall be submitted. A faculty member is allowed to submit a maximum of two (2) papers and shall pay half the price for the second submission.
- Research papers must be prepared and submitted in Word or RTF format (excluding title, abstract, sub-headings, references, tables and graphs), letter-sized page, with one-inch margins.
- The abstract must be text-only, without graphs, pictures, or tables, and should contain a title, name/s of author/s (underline the name of the presenting author), department/s, and address/es.
- Include acknowledgements of research support (if any) at the bottom of the abstract.
- All short papers must be written in English or Filipino.
Submission Deadline
Full paper submissions must be submitted by April 20, 2026. Make sure to follow the format guidelines for your discipline before submitting.
