Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • The title and abstract of the poster must be submitted electronically by April 20, 2026, through the submission button above. Make sure to indicate that you are submitting for the poster sessions.
  • For poster presentations, the corresponding author need not be a faculty.
  • Authors should attach 1–2 slides for Gong Show Presentation upon submission. The attached file should be a .pdf.
  • Presenters will be given 2 minutes to promote their poster during the Gong Show using the slides that they have attached upon submission of their poster abstract.

Submission Deadline

Poster title, abstract, and Gong Show slides must be submitted by March 14, 2026. Don't forget to attach your 1–2 slides in .pdf format.
