Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentations must not exceed 10 minutes each.
  • Visual aids are not allowed to encourage discussions.
  • Open forum/Q&A for each parallel session will occur after all presentations.
  • Accepted papers must be presented during the conference to appear in the proceedings.
  • Final full papers will be published in the conference proceedings unless the author opts out. Format for the proceedings will be shared via email after the Conference.

Proceedings Deadline

Final full paper submission for inclusion in the conference proceedings is due on June 30, 2026. Format will be shared via email after the Conference.
